Jenn is a certified personal trainer whose goal is to help her clients meet and exceed their fitness expectations. Whether your intentions are to lose weight, increase strength or just achieve better health, Jenn will make the process fun and have you looking forward to the next session. From a very young age Jenn was involved with sports. Her drive, focus and desire allowed her to play basketball at the collegiate level where she was also voted captain of her team. Jenn credits her work ethic and positive attitude for her success and brings that same passion to each training session. She aims to motivate others and bring the best out of each individual.
Jenn’s personal fitness preferences include high intensity interval training (HIIT), obstacle course races, and kettlebell training.
