On-Site Personal Training provides quality personal training in the convenience of your own residence. If you are tired of driving to a gym, lack motivation, or are too shy to venture into your fitness center, OSPT is your answer. We provide a variety of services in order to accommodate you!
On-Site Personal Training provides an additional service to your already existing fitness facility. We offer your residents quality personal training at times convenient for them. Our trainers are nationally certified and fully insured which means no cost or liability on your end.
We also offer training center general management services.
In home training is the ultimate in convenience and efficiency. Obtain a workout in the privacy of your own home and keep the focus on you! Noisy, crowded gyms can distract you from your task at hand and ultimately take you longer to complete your workout. Our trainers will work with your schedule and create an effective and efficient exercise program.
Get Outside and Get In Shape with Boot Camp!
Take advantage of group training for a cheaper alternative to Private Training. Meet other people and motivate one another as you progress toward your goals together.
The workout will mostly include the following: the speed ladder, lunges, squats, step ups on benches, mtn climbers, push ups, plyometrics, sprints, shoulder burns, hill runs, stairs, bounds, intense abs/low back circuits, etc. It's going to be a pretty tough whole body workout, but that's the way it should be. It'll be a blend of aerobic and anaerobic exercises to build lean muscle and lose unwanted body fat.
