When most people thought I was at peak physical condition and playing collegiate and minor league baseball, few people knew that I was suffering with severe chronic pain. That pain, along with other circumstances, eventually led me to give up my lifelong dream of pursuing a career as a professional baseball player. What I learned about conditioning my body (the right and the wrong way) in my journey toward becoming a professional athlete sparked my interest in training others.

After years of suffering, I finally discovered the secret to eliminating my pain in a relatively short period of time was a combination of training and biomechanical correction. I learned how to achieve and sustain a healthy and pain-free peak fitness level by restoring my posture and reinstituting biomechanically correct movement patterns. The body is amazing at self-correcting but visual guidance and direction is needed. That’s why I created the BODHI approach to help my clients self-correct their posture and alignment through training, when possible, and with the Advanced BioStructural Correction ™ protocol.
